In general, based on the specific aggregate particle sizes required by customers, we select different crushing chamber profiles for their cone crushers. We currently offer four chamber profile options for selection. it’s Sand concave, Extra Coarse Concave, Coarse Concave and Medium Coarse Concave. Different kind of chamber profiles correspond to different feed sizes and finished product specifications.

When the chamber profile is selected, we will test the raw material property, that is crushability, abrasiveness and compressive strength, Mohs Hardness. including Bond Work Index, Losangeles Value, MPS etc.

Match different component ratios of concave and mantle for customer based on various raw material property. Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, Mn22Cr2 is currently the most widespread use.
